Here is information about returns and replacement of items purchased on the site.

Cancel order on site:
You can cancel your transaction within three hours from the time of your order by emailing info@zehavajewelry.com
 
Replacing items purchased on the site:
You can exchange any item you purchased on the site within 14 days of receiving the product.

The item must be in its original condition and in the package, accompanied by all original price tags and original invoice.
A damaged or used item will not be accepted back.
 
Get credit for returning an item purchased on your site:
If you regret the purchase even though the items you have purchased have arrived correctly, you are entitled to credit for the purchase,
Less 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) as cancellation fees + postage.

You can get a credit from Zehava Yemenite Jewelry or a refund to the PayPal account where the transaction was made by sending the item by your local post to:

A credit / refund for an item purchased on the site will be made within 14 days of receiving the item back.
We will cancel the deal with PayPal, so there is no need to approach your credit card company directly.

- If for any reason the customer refused to accept the shipment he will have to pay all shipping costs including handling and shipping back
- Zehava Yemenite Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods in the return shipment

- Special orders can not be returned
